1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AVM Comfort Inn ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services and our hotel property.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a penalty of one night's room charge. Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
- Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate selected.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is generally 12:00 PM (Noon), and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with hotel procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees, and guests and their health and safety.
5. Liability
AVM Comfort Inn will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or stay at our property.
